I wish I could write a positive review, but unfortunately, my recent experience at the Fremont Mountain Mike’s Pizza has left me disappointed enough to consider switching locations, even though this one is closer to my home. I absolutely love Mountain Mike’s and was thrilled to have a location nearby when I moved here. I used to order pickup so often that the staff knew me and my boyfriend by name. The service was always friendly, helpful, and professional. I was regularly greeted warmly, offered coupons, and given extras like cheese and plates. I truly miss that team.
However, last night’s experience was far from that. The phone staff was just okay, but the employee didn’t seem knowledgeab...
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The cashier was quite unprofessional. When I requested extra cheese and crushed red pepper, he only provided me with two packets, and when I asked for more, he just looked at me blankly. I also asked for napkins and plates, and instead of providing what I needed, he carelessly tossed a large stack of napkins onto the few plates and cheese packets he handed me.
I ordered two large pizzas, specifically asking for them to be cooked extra crispy. I even called the restaurant beforehand to remind them, but they clearly failed to follow these simple instructions. The pizza dough was undercooked and tasted slightly raw.

I visited the Fremont Mountain Mike's Pizza last week and was accidentally overcharged by $8. When I brought it up the next day, they told me it’s normal to overcharge slightly to ensure your bank covers the payment, which didn’t make any sense. I left my name and number but never received a callback. I called again a few days later and still haven’t heard back. While it’s only $8, it feels intentional, and I’m concerned this might have happened before without me noticing. Be careful, check your bank statements, and think twice before doing business with this location.
This is the best pepperoni pizza in town! It's cooked until the crust is bubbly, and the pepperoni is perfectly curled with a little bit of char. Yum! I recommend trying it my way: extra sauce, pepperoni, tomatoes, salami, and artichoke hearts. For veggie lovers, you can skip two of the meat items and add bell peppers instead. Delicious!

This is a fantastic spot for pizza! The wings were tender and flavorful. I tried the curry pizza this time and absolutely loved the taste. The server was very polite, too. However, I had to deduct one star because the bathroom was lacking toilet paper and soap.
I just picked up the Everest combo pizza without bell peppers, and it was made to perfection. Ordering online is easy, and they offer coupons, so you can't beat the value. Thank you, everyone!
The amount of salad dressing given for the "party size" salad was definitely inadequate! This is very disappointing! Now we’ll have to serve a dry salad at the work party. :(
Delicious! This is the best pizza I've had in the Bay Area this month, out of five different pizzerias!

I was disappointed that the margherita pizza was lacking basil.
