My Chicken Pho broth was still hot when it got to me, I did warm it up more after adding all my ingredients, the chicken is for sure off the bone, personally I didn apos;t like the look of it : I was pulling fat, some goopy pieces and gristle off the chicken meat and that grossed me out, I apos;m big on texture and I highly dislike squishy stuff in my food but after dissecting my chicken making my soup hotter it tasted good. I haven apos;t eaten my Bahn Mi sandwich yet but it smells good, hopefully the chicken is shredded and fully cooked. For a restaurant that is open until midnight, I would say this is a good option when you're craving Vietnamese food. The price of the food might be a bit steep by a couple of more dollars per dish. However, it's a minimal price to pay for late night eats. I'd come back and support this business. Solid three star restaurant, for sure.
