I won't be returning to that restaurant. The service was poor; when I called, they answered but then took a long time to process my order. I opted for pickup and ended up waiting an hour and fifteen minutes. When I mentioned that the wait was excessive, they didn't handle it well. Overall, the service was disappointing, and the food took too long to arrive.
Terrible service, I ordered by phone they told me 30 minutes, I went to pick it up and they delivered it on time, plus they didn 't give me what I ordered because they ran out , the food is good but in any case they are going to take longer and They do not have something available, they should call and communicate with the client,

Very authentic Ecuadorian food. They have bolon verde, morocho, jugo de coco, chaulafan, guitig, etc. VERY friendly and welcoming staff.
