Club Ex is by far the best gym in the area. I went to this gym while I was in high school and college. I recently started going back about 6 months ago. This gym has always felt like home. Other gyms simply don't compare. The equipment is great and we have everything we need there. The people there are even better. It's like a big family there. If you go as often as you should, you get to know the staff and other members. Everyone there is great! Friends of mine have also joined recently and have shared similar experiences. I highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for the right gym for you!!
I can honestly say I've tried 90% of the menu and Stephanie never disappoints! From Refresher Water, to Green Monster Smoothie (which helped my mother immensely when she was going through chemo), to Avocado Toast, Waffles, Acai Bowls and now my favorite Mermaid Bowl, MS has it all. The owner Stephanie is always smiling and is willing to cater to whatever your dietary needs are!

I love this place! I drive 20 minutes on my day off to go get a refreshing smoothy or acai bowl! They have so many options! And everything I've tried has been super yummy and healthy! The staff is friendly and accommodating!
The owner is very friendly, and his girlfriend, who essentially manages everything, is fantastic. If you're interested in some stylish decor, check out the back corner. The prices are perfect. I absolutely love this place!
MS Better Nutrition has an excellent selection of shakes, smoothies and more, as well as several add-ins. I’ve tried just about everything now and there’s always something new to try too!
