Mucho Burrito - Réservation de table

We were on our way to shop at Costco and decided to grab a bite to eat here. I ordered a mild spicy burrito bowl, which was excellent, but they were out of nachos at the counter. My wife had the chicken burrito. The atmosphere of the place was lacking, with zero decor. The person at the counter was busy chatting with friends when we arrived and continued talking for twenty minutes while we were served by someone else. It seemed like she had nothing else to do. After finally receiving our meal and waiting to pay, the person at the counter had their back turned to us and continued talking. Another employee ended up processing my payment. I used to go to Mucho Buritto quite ofter, last time i went there, it was for the last time, the food is great and i always will be recommending it, but, there is a but, a real big one, one of their staff is...the most dreadful human being i ever had the ' 'chance ' ' to deal with, she is BEYOND unlikable,rude,having a smile is wayyyy to much to ask or just any kind of decent courtesy, you feel unwelcome as soon as she lay eyes on you. As a front of house person, you MUST make your costumer feel at least like they are not bothering the f**k out of you, basic manner. I would usually say oh she must have had a bad day, well, she had a bad day for the last two years it seem, time for you to go...

Went there with friends last time and it was the first time for some. Everybody enjoyed it. All the ingrediends are fresh and you can choose what you prefer. Many people ordered the salad, and everybody were satisfied. It s a large salad and even...if you re vegetarian you can just choose beans unstead of meat if you re not a vegetarian...the choices are great..pork..chicken..choriso..shrimp.. The service is always great as the staff is really friendly and efficient. The only negative comment would be that you have to pay extra for guac. ..come on it s a Mexican place, guac should be included in the price!

I used to visit this restaurant 2-3 times a month and always enjoyed their Mexican burritos. However, since the new franchise took over on May 15, 2020, the food has become bland with no Mexican flavors. During lunchtime, it is hard to find any customers. I will not be returning. While a bit expensive, the food is excellent and fresh. The burrito is the most wholesome you'll find at a fast food establishment. The owner is very friendly and attentive, often greeting patrons at their tables to ensure they enjoy their meal.

For quick Mexican on the go...this is the place to go! Their food is fresh and great tasting! I have had both their tacos their burritos and enjoyed them both! It is a little pricey for fast food, but for a treat once in...a while...why not!!

the service and eating are terrible at this place. it was very small sweet ready, they scraped the floor of the dishes and not again. my salad and the bowl of my sohne were practically empty. I wouldn't go back.

Whenever I go to the Vaudreuil Costco I always drop in here for a good Mexican dish. Friendly staff, very clean well managed.
