Ordered a $60 lunch order last week. When delivered, one sandwich was missing. It was a Philly cheesesteak hero that was $16+. When I called the deli, a woman insisted that she packed the bag herself and it was in the bag. It was not. I called the delivery driver, he insisted that the sandwich hadnt fallen out of the bag. Regardless I was still out a $16+ sandwich which was already a rip off. I called the deli back and was told if I wanted another sandwich, I'd have to pay for another one! So all in all, one of the worst customer services I'ver ever experienced!! I've been telling everyone about this deli and how poorly they treated a new customer. Second time ordering from this place, first time the sandwich was not good at all. Decided to give it another try since they are close to me and this time I had a missing item, they could have called and informed instead of just not including it in my order and have me contact doordash about it…
Good food and quick delivery.......but not what I ordered. I ordered an egg and American cheese on a French toast bagel, did not come on bagel at all.

Everything we gat is always great. Egg Sandwich On a Croissant. Burgers are really good. Wife loves the Oreo pudding. Accommodate requests.
