The ginger at Nal's Kitchen is absolutely delicious! I initially used it as a spread occasionally, but discovered it can be used in so many creative ways. Some of my favorite applications include mixing it with vinegar and a bit of oil to make a marinade for tofu, adding it to ground meat for rice dishes, or even combining it with ketchup to top air-fried potatoes. The flavor is incredible and the possibilities are endless. Nal's Kitchen is a must-visit stand at the riverside farmers market.
We have tried both of Nal's Kitchen products and they are incredibly delicious. The Walker spread is delicious on its own, with crackers, or as a complement to different sauces - the possibilities for use are endless. Both products have a perfect balance of flavors and would make a great gift. I highly recommend them.
