While visiting family in Salford (from London, Ontario, Canada) we asked which is your best local chippy ... Neil 's came out on top. We visited and ordered a variety of meals including fish, chips, Holland 's pies (of course) and everything was superb, cooked fresh to order and piping hot. I am sure we can fit in another visit before heading home!

So sad to see a place like this decline, what happened to quality!!! This was once an award winning chippy when Neil had it, it’s changed ownership, changed not for the better , so sad

Called here a few days ago, ordered Fish Peas. Staff chatty and friendly, Fish cooked to order was a good size and cooked to perfection. I will definitely be coming back.

Most delicious fish and chips. All fresh and outstanding. Lovely, friendly ladies serving. Get here ASAP... you will not be disappointed! Love to all :

Highly recommended, chips crispy and fresh, fish was neigh on perfect, batter sublime, curry sauce spicy. Will be default go to chippy from now on
