Six stars the food is delicious and really fresh. The service is very fast and friendly. We always have a wonderful time and travel an hour by car for our favourite Japanese restaurant. Thank you to the beautiful staff for making our son 's belated birthday dinner special with a little surprise. Can 't wait 'til our next visit :
Best Japanese that I’ve had in Australia. After living in Japan for many years I had missed the true authentic Japanese food experience. Until now, I hadn’t found anywhere. Waka was so tasty and fresh and such a reminder of my time in Japan. Thanks Waka for making date night with the hubby a treat!!!
Fantastic price to flavour ratio, really loved the wagu beef udon, and the pork gyōza entree was equally delicious. $8 for an Asahi is relatively middle of the road, but reasonable considering the vibe of the place. We just walked in, but apparently they prefer bookings, so worth keeping in mind.
