We were impressed from the moment we arrived, as we were offered complimentary pizza while we waited for our order. The service was incredibly friendly, which left a lasting impression on us! Now, whenever we have friends or family over for pizza, this is our go-to spot. They excel at handling large orders quickly and efficiently; with just an hour's notice, they prepared pizzas to feed over 30 people, and the quality was outstanding. The wonderful staff even helped us by putting the pizzas in our car! You can't beat that kind of service! Thank you, we’ll definitely be back!
I went in to order fish and chips for my husband, planning to skip getting anything for myself due to my gluten and dairy allergies. However, I noticed they offered gluten-free pizza and decided to ask if they could make it dairy-free too. They responded positively and were very accommodating. I must say, the gluten-free pizza was incredible! Even my husband, who isn’t usually a fan of gluten-free food, enjoyed it. It was an excellent pizza—thank you for doing such a great job! It looked fantastic too!
This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and while I waited for my meal, I was pleasantly surprised with a free pizza. The guy behind the counter seems to know all the locals by their first names, which adds a nice touch to the experience. It's probably the best takeout place I've ever been to. I will definitely be coming back!
Great Pizza, Great service and Great price do yourself a favour spend a bit more ditch dominos and pizza hut and enjoy a great tasting pizza from Neptune pizza. 1st time I have been there and I was treated like a regular that had been going there from day 1. Will definitely be going back for more. A+ to the team at Neptune.

Wow, incredible pizza and the deal is such great value! First time ordering from here tonight but it did not disappoint. We live in Pimpama but I will happily travel here to know that we are getting great quality and taste pizza at a reasonable price. Lovely family friendly operation. Highly recommended! We will be back!
Seriously amazing pizza!!! Wonderful staff. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. When I lived on the Sunshine Coast. I would take road trips down just for dinner. Thankfully I moved back down. And now only around the corner. If you are looking for an amazing meal at a reasonable price. Neptunes is the place!!
I had pizza on Friday night from them and it was the most amazing pizza I have had since Canada. It is hard to find a good pizza in Australia. I highly recommend them. Worth the drive. Thanks guys.
The pizza is always fantastic and the staff are are so lovely. I think this is our new favourite pizza place
