I was shocked that it took more than 30 minutes to receive just one pizza! Using canned ingredients is disappointing enough, but failing to inform customers about possible wait times is completely unacceptable. The customer service was awful as well—if you chose this job, some professionalism is expected. If you're a co-owner, your partners should be ashamed. This was my first and last visit (April 8, 2024). I WILL NOT RETURN. Save your money and eat elsewhere.
I don't often write negative reviews, but I really can't understand how anyone could consider this pizza good. It's some of the worst I've ever had, especially for $25 for a 12-inch pie. The crust is excessively thick, the cheese lacks flavor, and the overall taste is disappointing. Honestly, I'd much prefer Dominos or Pizza Hut over this.
Bought a BBQ beef sandwich to go. Sooooo disappointed! Ive been buying food from here over 25 years and this is the first time ive been disappointed in their BBQ beef sandwich! Definitely NOT the same! Bread is like a small thin breakfast roll and they left out the provolone cheese. Yet still charged me $10. WTHNOT okay and NOT happy ?
Ordering to go from that nostalgic pizza place was a delightful experience. Even though I couldn't enjoy the ambiance on-site, the staff made sure to package everything with care. This is the best pizza around! It captures the true essence of New York/New Jersey style perfectly. I highly recommend it! Adding chicken parmesan and eggplant parmesan sandwiches to the menu would be a great idea.
Tried a pizza and sandwich. It was good. Other competitors in the area, so there was plenty of seating available in the dining room when I dropped by to pick up my order.
The staff could be friendlier and smile more frequently, as they often appear rather unhappy. Nonetheless, the food is absolutely delicious! Réservez une table maintenant
