Newk's Eatery - Réservation de table

As me and my significant other typically eat here from time to time, the service and food orders have always been spot on. Great place to eat and clean place as well until today. The servers got our order wrong, didn't seem to pay too much attention to the details of our order and didn't seem to care via lack of customer service. And as we were going to get our drinks, we noticed 4 different tables that were still noticiably dirty with plates, used napkins etc. Even on their slow days it doesn't look like this.... As we sat at our table we noticed spots on our table that were sticky and didn't looked to be wiped down. Usually this location is keen to cleanliness.

I was so excited to go back and get my favorite sandwich, Farmers Market. It is no longer on the menu. Went with the shrimp and avocado salad. Should have read it more clearly. All of the greens were arugula, which I like, but not ALL arugula. Myhusband wanted the salmon salad, but they were out of salmon. He went with the Mediterranean pizza. It was decent. Had comeout of the oven messed up, so they brought it anyway and offered to make him another. That was nice and appreciated.

This was my first time at this restaurant. I checked online and asked my wife if she had ever been there before. She mentioned that she had tried it before and had a positive experience. So we ordered two cheeseburgers and macaroni and cheese to take out. I also got a whole red velvet cake for her birthday (no special occasion mentioned in the review). From what I can tell, this will be a quick and delicious dinner.

This chain continues its downward spiral. Ordered a turkey and Swiss. No lettuce and tomato. The receipt said turkey breast…. no lettuce and no tomatoes. Received a Turkey Avocado with lettuce and tomatoes. I take the blame for not checking my on line order when I picked it up . But, I should not have to. It will be hard to get returning customers with service like this. Réservez une table maintenant

I left this rating a year ago and since then have ate there 3-4 more xs. Each time the food was ready quickly and delicious. I've tried sandwiches and have twice gotten their margherite pizza. This time I added chicken and both xs I added xtra cheese. The price is very reasonable as well.

My husband and I had soup and sandwiches and a salad to share on the side. I loved my tomato soup, it was delicious, my sandwich was yummy as well. It was just what we needed after having colds over Thanksgiving. I highly recommend

This is a great eatery. They strive for friendliness and service and have quality food. They have sugar free southern sweet tea! You get good reusable cups to take home too. Pizza crusts are a bit crispy but have really good taste.

We tried the chicken pesto sandwich, chicken salad sandwich, and loaded potato soup. The food was prepared quickly and tasted fresh. The restaurant was tidy and the staff was friendly. As usual, everything was delicious. Réservez une table maintenant

i usually love this place i come here all the time. today i ordered a grilled cheese, and they completely left out the part where they were out of white bread. was handed this and was not offered a refund.

I recently tried Newk's for the first time and I had a great experience. The portions sizes were good and I really enjoyed the open kitchen concept. I will definitely be returning.
