I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. They seem to have little regard for their customers. I ordered two soups because I was unwell, and not only did they charge me $5 for delivery, but it also took them two hours to arrive. When they finally delivered my order, it was wrong. When I called to ask for the correct food, they wanted to charge me again for their error. Honestly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with their delivery service. I’m just sharing my experience out of frustration.
I came here with my friends last night, and I have to say, this place is more than expected since coming under new ownership/grand reopening.The place is gorgeous and well taken care of.We ordered the picadera and the family combo which was an amazing decision. The bistec, chicharon, and costillas de rez were my favorites. I will definitely be coming back here soon.
Terrible experience. I ordered soup to pick up along with plantains on a very cold day. I waited a long time, and when the lady finally showed up with the plantains, she told me they were out of soup. They took my phone number but didn't call to inform me. The customer service was very rude. I will never go back there.
Very bad experience. I ordered a tray and all the meats were very dry and old, without flavor. The doughy and flavorless rice, the cassava, the tostones and the French fries are also flavorless. They should have better food quality control.

I called for two orders, I waited on the line for more than 10 minutes and they never helped me, 3 people spoke and the only thing they said was colonvia, I waited for a moment after 3 minutes and another staff said the same thing.
I recently visited Columbia BBQ for the first time with some friends, and I was truly impressed. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was lively, and the drinks were fantastic. I will definitely be returning with my family!
Kid-friendliness: The staff on both sides are very welcoming. However, it's worth noting that dining is available in the bar area, which is quite nice and remains open even after the main restaurant has closed.
The food is excellent and the atmosphere is fantastic. While they do offer take-out, this is more of a spot to dine in and enjoy yourself rather than one suited for delivery.
