I placed an online order through DoorDash and received a text notification that my food was ready for pick up. When I approached a server, they went to the back to check on my order but never came back to update me on the status. I ended up waiting for 22 minutes, even though I had purposefully ordered 15 minutes early during my work lunch hour. Another server eventually told me to take a seat, but I explained that I needed to leave because my lunch break was almost over. The server apologized and shortly after, the original server who had greeted me initially came out with my food.
