Inconsistent quality. Normally, their Bun Bo Hue is good. Yesterday, it was p First issue was that the soup was not fresh and have a foul smell to it. Second issue was that they either forgot or purposely did not put any beef in them. Order 3 and none of them have any meat. The soup have the congealed pig blood and pig knuckles but missing the beef like normal. Not sure what happened. I'm going to avoid this place or avoid their Bun Bo Hue for a while. My fault for ordering anything from them the day after they were close. But seriously... why would you accept a order that you can't fulfill properly?
Solid, authentic spot for Vietnamese food. I came and got their pho with a combination of all the meats and also tried their grilled beef broken rice. Overall the pho was good and the broth was decent, but the beef were all really dry. The broken rice had a good amount of toppings but the grilled beef was over cooked and pretty tough. Overall it was a decent meal and hit the spot for Vietnamese pho.
