Extremely disappointed with how we were treated and the fact that I found hair in my food. Didn't try to complain too much, just wanted it remade. The hair was brown and both my partner and I have bright blonde hair. There are at least 3 people working on food that have brown hair. We were told that they don't have anyone who works there with that colored hair. I took one bite and instantly saw the hair. It's not like we were trying to get extra food out of it or that I ate a whole meal before giving it back and asking for a new one. They did end up remaking it, which I appreciate. But, there was no reason to give us attitude and accuse us of lying when it was so obviously not that way. As s...

I work in the Crossroads Mall. Co-workers and myself order here all the time. The place has really gone down hill. Pesto Cavatappi with vegan chicken and no parmesan, sometimes with extra veggies. SAME ORDER for YEARS yet this crew has problems. Order extra veggies, pay for them, never get them. I'm vegan and yet twice, have been given real chicken within the last 30 days. The people need to wake up and listen to the orders and respect the customer's wishes.

We arrived at 9:00 and the restaurant closes at 10. We waited almost 15 minutes for service while the worker was cooking her own meal, another worker came from the back looked at us and then went back to the back. The lady who took our order looked annoyed to be there and told us they closed in 40 minutes. After we finally gave our order, the food came quickly and tasted good. Food is good, customer service poor. . .

The tables were dirty but a employee came over and took care of it as soon as possibleKid-friendliness: The employee helped us clean up the tables because it's where my kids wanted to sit. I ordered penne to go, but knew I would be dining in so I sat. With plastic knife, plastic fork, dressed in my favorite bail bondsman hat. Food is good. Should I say Moore. Freddie VS. Jason is a picture full of horror. Bondsman appetit.

They brought our food to the table with black burnt chunks of something all through my Mac and cheese. I can't believe they would find it acceptable to serve that to anyone.

Food was like expected. Feeding 4 people cost $70. I find this expensive. If other options to eat elsewhere, I will skip Noodles.
