The food at this Noodles & Company location is reliably tasty, though on my last visit, the eggs were cooked a bit oddly—somewhere between scrambled and not—but they still tasted great. One small issue is that the entrance door could use a thorough cleaning, as it’s covered with fingerprints and sticky spots. Overall, I’m a big fan of this spot; it’s definitely one of my go-to places! Keep up the excellent work. I know fast food can be tough, and I really appreciate all the staff’s hard work.
I visited the restaurant twice this week: first two days ago, and then again today, 10/24/22. During my initial visit, the drag queen manager accused me of leaving bad reviews. I want to share my honest feedback. I recorded a video of what appears to be a cockroach leaving the kitchen. I suggest the management focus on the kitchen to prevent further negative reviews. I've loved this place for the past 13 years, but this manager's behavior is making me reconsider my visits.
I usually enjoy Noodles Co, but this particular location has a negative reputation. There are times when the food is acceptable, but other times it falls short. During my visit today, the tofu I received was gray, slimy, and had a stale flavor. The other ingredients looked and tasted as if they had been soaking at the bottom of their containers. Each time I come here, I observe the manager being quite strict with the staff, which could explain the frequent mistakes.
I used to really enjoy dining at Noodles & Company, but after my latest visit, I’m not so sure anymore. I understand that mistakes happen, like burning the chicken, but serving it to the customer is not acceptable. I’d much rather wait an extra 15 minutes for a properly cooked piece of chicken than be served a burnt one. This experience has definitely affected my perception of the menu at Noodles & Company. We went on a Sunday evening, when it was slow. Placed an order at 7:39 did not get it until 8:15. Delivery driver for Uber or somewhere came in and apparently was able to walk off with our order. Had to wait longer and thank goodness we didn’t drive off, because we had a missing item. A bit disappointed!
This was my first visit. The staff was friendly (the cashier, Jade, was very nice), it was clean and the food was hot. Many menu options. I will go back for another lunch. Dessert options are only 3 kinds of cookies. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
I’ve been coming here for a while now and the food is always great. One of the younger male cashiers (didn’t quite catch his name, unfortunately) has a bit of an attitude when you say you don’t want the meal option. However, the food was still good. 4 stars.
The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, but it was quite crowded with teenagers. If you're seeking a peaceful and quiet lunch experience, I would suggest trying a different place. Réservez une table maintenant
Perfect location for kids that love trains!!! Always a great experience at either location but THIS one is extra special with my daughter!
