Despite initially facing some communication challenges when placing my order a week in advance, I was met with unparalleled kindness and dedication from the staff when I returned to the store to inquire about my order.The entire team, especially the manager, went above and beyond to ensure that my order was not only completed, but that it was executed with care and attention. A few of my coworkers and I attempted to try this place out due to the reviews that have been posted. However, we decided to leave shortly after. While standing in line one of the workers were seasoning and mixing a big bowl of chicken with her BARE hands. No gloves but bare hands. We all were on the same page that Noon was not for us, to see her doing that in the open with several customers looking upon. I only imagine what they are doing when others are not looking.
Our office got catering from this place and everyone loved it! People made their own bowls and decided what toppings to add. There are a wide variety of veggie toppings, salads, and sauces to choose from. They were all fresh and flavorful and everyone requested to order from this place again!
Really good food, great choice of add-ons and sauces (I just wish they brought halloumi back).My only complaint is that the same group works on online and in-person orders, and somehow those actually coming in are considered second priority.Food: 5/5

Noon Mediterranean is absolutely delicious food reasonably prices. It has great Middle-East flavors. I at there twice inside of a week. I'd go again. Everything from the bread, to the meat, to the hummus is very fresh. I recommend this.
I got a bowl of rice, lamb and feta the lamb was pretty good but the rice was cooked poorly over cooked and hard. Good location. I thought I was going into grainmaker but when I realized it wasn't, I decided to just try it anyway.
It looks fancy restaurant. But food quality is not good at all. Felt like eating rice prepared couple of days old. Ordered bowl of falafel. It was worst ever.Hopefully Management will take some good action on it. -Thanks!
A really good location in downtown Boston, quick, clean setting, and good bowls! The staff were nice but not the most willing to give me extra of stuff (I offered to pay). I love the crisps on top!

WOW The food was good. The service is good although there was a bit of a language barrier. The place is very authentic!
