We regularly eat at Nordico and previously had no problems. On this occasion we booked for 8 people. My daughter is vegetarian and she wanted the breakfast barm with vegetarian sausage instead of meat and they told us it would be the full price plus extra £3.50 for the sausage to be swapped !! Their excuse was that vegetarian sausages are a lot more expensive!!! they are not). They did not show us the vegetarian menu for breakfast where she found have orders it a lot cheaper. The food came out at different times and was not great!! It was extremely explored what we got and poor quality unfortunately and the family say they round not return. We did complain at the time ie my husbands mushroom...
The staff are lovely and very friendly. The venue itself is also really nice. I visited with my friend today and our little boys. Our food was good but I was a bit disappointed that we ordered the pancakes with banana from the kids menu but actually received pancakes and blueberries, which my son doesn’t like. There was no explanation given for why we didn’t get banana and the server looked confused when I pointed out that it was missing and then told me they had no bananas?!? Might seem like a minor thing but when you’re eating with toddlers, getting the order right is really important, especially when it’s not really cheap!
We went to celebrate my husband's birthday at this restaurant as we had enjoyed it in the past. The food was still good and we appreciated that it is dog-friendly. However, this time someone allowed their dog to roam around freely and continuously bark for treats during our meal. We were looking forward to dessert but we decided to leave early due to the disruptions. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed and have decided not to return to this restaurant again.
Food was really nice, staff extremely helpful, only issue my Vegan food was hot enough but unfortunately meat eaters burgers were at best lukewarm otherwise would have given 5 stars, not the cheapest place to eat so expected a bit more. Fries are really small servings but the Carrot cake unanimously agreed by 3 people it is the best ever tasted.

The food at this restaurant was enjoyable. However, we were disappointed by the poor attitude of the staff. Despite being loyal customers since the restaurant first opened, we were unexpectedly refused a tab. This left us feeling disrespected and questioning why we were suddenly seen as untrustworthy customers.
Always great food and the staff are friendly and attentive. We pop in with our little Dash and he always gets fussed over, (which he loves)! I always get the flatbread which is always tasty and fresh. The wine selection is also good. Can't fault the place!
Lovely breakfast as per usual disappointed my egg was covered in pepper and hard so egg went back unfortunately no one brought my replacement I would prefer not to have any seasoning added to my food as like to season myself bit enjoyed what I had
I would like to thank all the staff at Nordico who looked after our large family for my birthday. Service was great and the food was lovely everyone enjoyed themselves . I can recommend this venue to all.

I went to this restaurant for our office Christmas party. The food was amazing and the staff were fantastic all evening. I would definitely recommend this place.
