Norms Restaurants

I was there yesterday and saw the most friendly staff, attentive with excellent customer service. The manager was actually cleaning tables together with the other employees does not make it to get his hands dirty. He was involved in ensuring that customers get in and out efficiently. The food was delicious. Although it is far from where I live, I would go back just because of the fantastic teamwork of employees who treat more like family.

I loved my food BUT when I went to the floor manager quickly ranked up the bill. Didn't ask for the reward. He said there was nothing he could do since it was applied to my card. Really. My rewards expire on Saturday. so there are 7.99

Greatest Family Restaurant in America. Better then Dennys. Can't wait until the Inglewood and Carson locations opening soon....

It's been awhile since I've been there. Place is always crowded, but the food is really good

On the East Coast places like this are called Diners. Value, portions and good food.
