I'm sorry. the overall standard reminded me of something from the late 1980s. barra ordered, has small flat fish. gamey art off taste, yes I polished it off, but it was honestly not pleasant. chips were subpar. Best fish n chips in melbourne so far hands down. The amount of chips can feed an army. And they were like 'beer battered chips '. An extra fish thrown in. Maybe i looked hungry? Lol. The portions are extremely generous, and the food is of high quality. Contrary to some reviews that mention otherwise, I found the service to be fast and friendly throughout my visit. This is definitely my go-to spot for chips and potato cakes any day of the week, and it's also a fantastic place for dinner.
