NEVER COME HERE!!! I went in here at 11:50 on 3/31. I previously placed an order online for two bundlets but forgot to pick up the order because I did not receive any confirmation email or text. (Yet I was not refunded for this order) i could completely understand this policy if it was a custom cake order (if they had called me to let me know) but these are items they have in stock daily. La-la-love these cakes that is why NBC has been my go-to for treats for many years including this Mother 's Day. However when picking up my pre-paid order, I was directed away from the store, as it was open only for shopping , to a different location where other patrons were lined up outside in stormy weather and being helped from a fold up table which seperated the employees, who were inside and warm and dry (rightfully so), and kept the customers outside in the rain during the whole process. I’ve been to this bakery several times and never had a problem. I love it so much that I decided to order a cake and bundtinis for my birthday. I live about 45 minutes from the bakery, drove all the way there to pick it up, get home and my cake is missing it’s decorations that we paid for :(Carly was soooo nice and helpful after I let them know. She called me and said she would drive over a new decorated cake and even brought me an extra surprise. I could not be any more thankful, and this really made up for what happened earlier!! I?m from Dallas and I recently moved to NYC. I used to bring cakes with me when I visited home but I randomly decided to check if there was one near me. When I found out this location was near the beach I HAD to go! Double win, beach and cakes?! Love it. Super fresh cakes, always have amazing samples out, and the staff is super helpful. This little bakery is *amazing*! Whenever I need a quick birthday gift or thank you I always call Carly at Nothing Bundt Cakes. She is so helpful and sweet, and really helps put together the best packages. Plus, the Bundt cakes are delicious!! I finally learned I have to order double what I expect because people love them that much. 15/10 recommend.
I got one of these at a party and let me just say this.... As someone who isn't a cake person I cried just a little bit when I was done. The cake was still so moist (got it Saturday ate it Tuesday). The frosting is tasty, not too sweet, just right. I'll definitely buy more.
Tried 1st time today..the raspberry white chocolate cake is literally the best cKe I have ever had. I'm addicted. A must try for anyone!
