I placed an online order for next-day delivery from the Skokie location. After completing my order, I received an email confirming both the order and a delivery window of 10 AM to 4 PM. The next day, I had someone at home waiting for the delivery, but no one arrived. I called the store at 4:45 PM to check on the status, and they informed me that the cake had been delivered between 10 AM and 12 PM. I reviewed the video recordings to see if we missed the doorbell or the delivery person, but the footage showed that no one came during that time frame. When I called back, the store changed their story, claiming the cake was in their last row of supplies and that it would be delivered between 5 PM...
Their system or policies make zero sense . first I called to place an order for pick up, was told the closest window is in 2 hours so I just went in to order. I wanted to order 2 dozen of mini cupcakes chocolate, vanilla and red velvet . I was told I can't, they don't do that for holidays ??? i can only get their special assortment, im spending 55$ on cupcakes and I can't have what I want ?! someone needs to fix this nonsense!
Once again so disappointing. (Even prior to the pandemic). Walked in for a preordered cake and stood around while 2 employees looked at me until I addressed them. A man walked in while I was waiting and was helped before me. This is my 3rd and final attempt. Customer service is is appalling!!

The service here is outstanding, and the cakes are incredible. What more can I say? We visit this place whenever we need a cake. I wish I could buy a franchise!
Some of your workers need to know we’re paying a decent amount of money for our cake and they need to not be rude Reem* to the clients spending money here
Very rude people who have the skokie location, very cold atmosphere, no smile. The lady with short black hair with glasses must be fired. Very rude.
Wow no forks, and no napkin, supposed to eat with our hands. Since when do people start charging for spoons and forks.

Can't say much, I got a Christmas gift for our title company. It looked good and they liked it. Very nice staff.
These are so tasty and fresh. Fabulous frosting, friendly people. Yummy.
