Even during the busiest lunch hours, this Shake Shack is seldom understaffed and manages to serve orders promptly. The staff is always ready to assist with any concerns or questions you might have. They've recently added self-order kiosks, making in-person ordering a breeze, though a staff member is still available at the register for those who prefer that option. It can get a bit crowded and noisy when you're dining in, but that's simply part of the experience.
I made my first visit to Shake Shack and decided to give it a try. We ordered the strawberry donut shake to go, and I must say it really did taste like a strawberry donut. The kiosk-only ordering system isn't the greatest, but it seems to be the trend for many places these days. Based on how much I enjoyed the shake, I might come back next time I'm in the area to try a full lunch and see if the rest of the menu is just as good.
They no longer have a person taking your order and have a tablet that is a pain to use and you can't go back and add to your order. The order will completely cancel if you try to go back. There was three or four guys working just standing around talking and weren't even willing to help when you see people visibly having issues.
This location only had a kiosk option for ordering. Here is a tip: if you are in a hurry, do not order the chicken sandwich. It took considerably longer than the hamburger my friends ordered at the same time. The chicken sandwich was excellent, though. For me, it was worth the wait. Réservez une table maintenant
First timer. I will be back. Expectations matched experience. Potato bun super tasty, burger juicy flavorful, cheese great melt. Fries crisp, not overly salted. Black and White shake, luscious, creamy, delightful. Will def be back!!!!
Incredibly disappointing. While the staff was friendly enough and the food came out fast, the portions are insanely small and not near tasty enough to justify the high price.
I come here every so often and the food is always great. Everyone in the store is cool and polite. The fried chicken is always juicy and perfectly cooked. Thank you guys.
Burgers here are fantastic. Service is really good. Definitely worth going. Only down is high priced for fast food but definitely will continue going. Réservez une table maintenant
The food is great! They are always adding delicious new items to their menu. Not a lot of seating and a bit pricey, but that's ok! ?
