I have been to Olive Garden many times and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed until now. My wife and I sat in the bar to avoid a 15 minute wait. We were approached fairly quickly and since we knew what we wanted we ordered our drinks(my wife soda, and me wine. We got our drinks and the food came in reasonable amount of time. This is where it went south. We are supposed to get unlimited salad and bread sticks, which we both love. I always have 2 glasses of wine with dinner but after the food came we did not see our server until we long done with our dinner. Nobody came by to ask if I would like more wine or breadsticks. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. There was a long wait between the salad and main course, and one of the entrees was missing (the server brought the wrong dish). Despite two dishes being served, the third person at the table had been waiting for 10 minutes with no sign of their meal. When I mentioned the delays to the server, they became defensive and said the kitchen was backed up. It was 2:30pm, not exactly peak lunch time. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience here; the last visit we waited 20 minutes to even be acknowledged by a server. If you want pasta, I suggest going somewhere else where your patronage will be appreciated.
I've had Olive Garden twice in the last month by chance, as I can't afford to eat out as much lately. Both times the food was delicious, arrived quickly, and seemed quality. The exception being when I dined in for their veterans day specials, the raspberry lemonade tasted exactly like crystal light. The service was quick, efficient, and so nice, especially when I misspoke when ordering and they fixed it. When dining in it was very dark and my old eyes struggled a bit, that's why I gave it four stars on the atmosphere. Overall an excellent experience.
One of my favorite places to eat but this location is on point! My friend and I went for a dinner here a few days ago and service was impeccable. The server was very attentive, very courteous and so were all the rest of the employees. Food was so delicious as usual and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, worth every penny in my opinion. I wish I had gotten the server's name but I appreciate them all for feeding me and treating me well Réservez une table maintenant
Been here 4 times. Each time my family and I are greeted with smiles and warm reception from the staff! Food is amazing as well. Food came out hot and stayed warm through the whole visit. Staff was great and always came to check on us while also giving us adequate space. A great place to visit when you want a laid back dinner with a spouse or family.
Salmon filled had bones no The salad dressing was not fresh tested like was from the can. The creamy soup was cold and flour tested raw. The menu was very shallow. Not much to choose from and the fried ravioli was wood hard. Kindly review your menu. The service was amazing our host and server was exceptional they saved the day.
Chicken Scampi is the bomb, they have a soup that I never had before called the Zuppa Toscana its a little spicy, but very good! Me and my wife ate in the bar area because it was very busy in the general seating area if you have kids. Our waitress was friendly attentive, bathrooms was clean too.
The food was served cold and it took a while for the soup and breadsticks to be brought out. Our meal ended up arriving almost simultaneously. The service was slow and the manager had to assist in bringing out the food. The soup and alfredo dipping sauce were both thin and watery. Réservez une table maintenant
