I had a truly awful experience at this corporate chain restaurant. I stopped in for a quick lunch while running errands and ordered soup and salad. Surprisingly, this seemed to be too little to warrant any attention from our server. After sitting there for 15 minutes, awkwardly glancing at my friend while our server chatted with other staff and customers, I was so frustrated that I decided to leave. I didn't realize that simply ordering something off the menu would make us feel ignored and unwelcome. We weren't making any unreasonable demands—just requesting some water, soup, and bread at the same time, as we're pretty low-maintenance diners. This wasn't my first poor experience at this loca...
7/29/23 For Olive Garden 1246 Old Country road Westbury NY. It's okay if you just want to fill your stomach and you are starving. Appetizers are decent but the entrees are not exactly what I would call Italian food. Drinks are good and service is as well. Maybe for someone that's never actually had Italian food and doesn't know any better it's fine. But at best the sauce is like ketchup. The most simple of dishes like a chicken parmigiana leave much to be desired. It's like getting a chicken parmigiana sandwich at Burger King. Overall the place serves its purpose which is to serve the masses. You can have an enjoyable evening going with a group of friends. Just go with reasonable expectation...
THOMAS, by far the best waiter here. I’ve been here a couple times and it always decent except for last week I had a waiter who was barely attentive and didn’t even introduce herself. Thomas on the other hand greeted me and my girlfriend with a smile, introduced himself and made the experience feel personal and comfortable. He was very attentive always making sure we were okay on refill and making sure we enjoyed the food. 10 out 10 server right there. Smooth as ice props to him!
Went here with very low expectations but my experience was beyond outstanding. The food was amazing, the chicken and shrimp carbonara was very flavorful and delicious. Anthony provided the best service ever. He was extremely personable, very attentive, and very polite — probably one of the best servers I’ve ever had. You can tell that he loves his job and cares for his guests. If you’re looking for a quick spot to dine in, with great hospitality and food, this is the place to go.

The restaurant was bustling, just as I anticipated. It's advisable to make a reservation, especially on weekends. The food was excellent; I enjoyed the four cheese pizza for its buttery taste, but I highly recommend trying the anchovy pizza as well. Our server, LJ, was great—very attentive and approachable.
Amazing!!! After telling the server that I’ve had certain bad experiences at different OG’s; he offered an amazing service! The margarita was delicious. The plates were great and warm and just perfect. Richard was absolutely a great waiter. Will be going back there just because of his service.
Prom night, this restaurant was a great way to spend quality time while waiting for the daughter at her prom. Best down time I have had in a while. Gave the food 4 stars, as my order of shrimp and calamari was a bit salty than usual. Otherwise, it is a great place.
Absolutely amazing staff and delicious food. Love the portions and flavor. Definitely recommend! Mery was an amazing server and so were all the other staff!
