Oliveto - Réservation de table

I ordered the Tartar d'Italienne with the request that I only wanted it seasoned with salt, pepper, a little olive oil, lemon and grated Parmesan. Carne battuta. After the sample, I pointed it out again and the server replied that the Parmesan was served separately. I got very good quality meat, but that was all. There was neither lemon nor, as requested, grated parmesan. This came in thick slices on a separate plate. I don't feel like I was taken seriously by the service staff and they never asked me if everything was okay. A pity.

Das Oliveto ist ein netter Italiener in Crans-Montana, das Klassiker der italienischen Küche anbietet. Die Speisen sind frisch und lecker, vor allem die Ravioli kann ich empfehlen. Das Ambiente ist chic, aber nicht abgehoben, man fühlt sich wohl.

We forgot to book a spot but the staff was really nice with making a spot for us. I had the burger, I thought it was rather expensive, but it is totally worth it. The burger was SO good

During our visits to Crans Montana, we always stop at this restaurant. Friendly welcome Quality food Easy access parking opposite Pretty terrace I often have oliveto pasta, delicious Réservez une table maintenant

We asked for a children's menu, so we can choose from the whole menu and they make a small portion, but the price is excessive, 24fr for the normal dish and 20fr for the child

often go over the week for a daily menu. However it's often around a pasta main course, so comparatively a bit pricey. yet the cuisine is tasteful and service is friendly.

A welcoming terrace, smiling staff and a varied menu. We had a very pleasant time there tasting delicious dishes.
