The demeanor of the staff was incredibly rude; they addressed my friend instead of me, treating her as my handler rather than acknowledging me as an individual with a disability. I left feeling disrespected and marginalized, which is unacceptable. I will never return to this establishment and would advise others to avoid it as well. The customer service was horrendous, and they displayed blatant discrimination against individuals with disabilities. At one point, I was even told to lower my voice, as if their unjust treatment of me was somehow my fault for simply trying to have lunch. They refused to serve me and failed to recognize my humanity.
