This restaurant was truly a pleasure. If you?re looking to host a family dinner or any kind of gathering, this is the go to spot. I made reservations a few days in advance for a large party. They called in the morning to assure my reservation and yet they still had us wait 20 minutes to be seated. This is the only reason I couldn?t give 5 stars. They should keep up their reservation purpose and have us seated accordingly in a timely manner. However, the food was excellent. Large portions perfect for sharing with another individual. I used to love this restaurant when it first opened, but my last takeout order was a disappointment. I'm not sure if there has been a change in management, but the quality seems to have gone downhill. I ordered two traditional Greek salads, but they were terrible. There were no onions, very little feta cheese, and the tomatoes and cucumbers were tasteless and mushy. I added beef to one of the salads, but there were only a few dry and tasteless slices. It shouldn't be hard to make a delicious Greek salad with high-quality ingredients and a bit of pride in your work. Just did a simple takeout from Opa Williston Park location. Chicken gyro, tzatziki need?s garlic really flat, almost no onions glad I had onion at home to add. Worst of all Where?s the chicken? 3 slices. Very small gyro. Tons of lettuce. This place was recommended by a friend. When I went in I greeted the owner manager and received no greeting in return. He was more interested in a phone call to go out of state to buy rounds. The young lady who handled my order was very polite. When leaving I thanked the manager in Greek again no response. Excellent Greek food! But enough about that. The service is extremely kind and patient. My bosses ordered everyone in our department lunch and it was a big order. To make sure order was correct I went through the list and took out each and every item and made sure nothing was missing. The worker (perhaps manager, young guy short hair) wad extremely helpful the whole time and helped fix an issue that arose. You are in great hands! They take customer service astoundingly seriously!
I have frequented this restaurant multiple times and each visit has been even better than the last. The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. The hostess, with short brown hair, was especially helpful and kind. She went out of her way to assist me whenever I needed something or had a question, which I truly appreciated.
The food at this restaurant is delightful, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I dined in for lunch and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The price per person is between $20 and $30, which is very reasonable for the quality of food. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 5.
