I've been ordering from this restaurant for about four years, and I always get the shrimp egg foo young, no matter where I go for Chinese food. Unfortunately, my recent order was disappointing. The first patty had no shrimp at all, the second had two shrimp, and the third had just one. When I called to express my concerns, they were unhelpful and made excuses about their cooking process. They've lost a customer—I won't be returning.
This place consistently delivers great experiences! The hibachi is fantastic. However, I did have an issue with a new male waiter who came off as a bit overbearing; it felt like we were being rushed. He also didn’t greet us and just stood by, staring at us. This was the only problem I’ve encountered during my 50 visits. Overall, I’d rate the food a 5, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 5.
