Osmow's Modern Mediterranean

My experience at this restaurant was truly disappointing. It is my least favorite place to go, but unfortunately, it is the only option nearby. I ordered a $10 Falafel wrap and requested no garlic sauce, just hummus instead. I was surprised when they wanted to charge me an additional $0.75 for the substitution. The quality of the food never satisfied me. The chicken seemed to have been sitting for days, altering the taste. The portion size was small for the high price. We had ordered Chicken Shawarma on Rice and Shawarma Poutine. The food was freshly made and the taste was delicious. The restaurant was clean and had a great ambience. The only thing which ruined the experience was the cashier lady being very rudeand disrespectful when we ask for Halal Certificate along with the time it will take to make the food. I believe if she had acustomer orientated mind, the overall experience would have been great but like I said the food experience is great but I willgive a negative rating for the customer service. "The shawarma with inadequate water was acceptable, but the uncooked falafels were disappointing. Despite alerting the staff and having them try to cook them again, they still came out raw. When I requested a refund, no one responded. I ended up throwing them away and leaving. I may not return to this restaurant again."

Great food!! It was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised with how great the food was. Lots of add ins and vegan options available too. I ordered a meal for my friends last night from this restaurant. The food was fantastic! It arrived hot and they included separate hot and garlic sauces, as well as additional toppings for personalizing the shawarma. I would definitely order from them again. The staff was also excellent!

I ordered a lamb wrap that lacked flavor, and the lamb tasted tasteless. Additionally, the salad I ordered had more onion than lettuce, which was disappointing. I was not satisfied with the food and do not plan on returning to this restaurant in the near future.

I frequently return to this restaurant because of its great food and laid-back staff. Osmows offers excellent value - you won't find a filling meal for under $20 anywhere else.

We orderd from Uber , Falafel were raw from inside and not fuly cooked. Also the salad which came on the side had rotten lettuse as you can see in the pictures. Réservez une table maintenant

Wonderful staff, kind and welcoming. Restaurant is very tidy and clean at all times. Each time I visit. Will be coming back.
