Osmow's Shawarma - Réserver une table

I normally don 't leave reviews but with the same issue occurring three times, I decided I just had to. Third time is the charm. This location is listed as being open until 10PM. However, I have been THREE times now around 8PM and have been told that they have run out of food , run out of rice etc. I simply do not understand how a fast food establishment runs out of their staple food items. One instance we were told that they would have to cook more rice which would take over 45 minutes. Which is not fast , by any means. My wife and I were looking for a place to grab a bite to eat and we were tired of the same old burrito or burger choices. We drove into the plaza on our way home and saw Osmows. I remembered their funny commercials I so told my wife let’s try a new place and see what it’s about. The young man in the black turban who greeted us was super nice and super friendly. I explained it was my first visit and he took the time to explain the menu, the types of food they have and what’s most popular. My wife had the shawarma and I had the chicken and rice bowl. My first review of this place said it was great, but I think the management must have changed. What a complete 180…. The food portion just got smaller while price went up, service also changed as it no longer as friendly as before. I don’t feel like I am going to spend my hard earned money at this chain anymore.

I had Shawarma in Osmow today for the first time in my life and the employees at the Green Lane site were so friendly! Super fresh and made fast too. 100% will be back. Thank you for a fantastic first Shawarma experience!

I have called them at least five different times to order 30mins before close and every time they tell me they have no food.left. I used to come once a week with my family and spend over $50. I am done now..

Always a great meal. My go-to is ?chicken on the rocks? with garlic sauce/little spice/olives. Unlike other places, they don?t skimp on the olives. Highly recommend trying. Keep up the good work Osmow?s!

Love this place and the employees. Although they are always busy they are fast and always my order right, even though I always have large orders with special requests. The best!
