I'm not sure how the staff at this location was hired, but they really give off the impression that they don't want to be there. The bigger issue, however, was that they ran out of food during dinner on a Saturday. It only got worse because they didn't even seem to know what items they had run out of. I asked for chicken, only to be told they only had beef available, which was more expensive. My friend opted for the beef as well since he received the same information. I received my order, but they completely forgot about my friend's. When we reminded them, they told us they were out of beef and could only offer chicken. My wife and I were looking for a place to grab a bite to eat and we were tired of the same old burrito or burger choices. We drove into the plaza on our way home and saw Osmows. I remembered their funny commercials I so told my wife let’s try a new place and see what it’s about. The young man in the black turban who greeted us was super nice and super friendly. I explained it was my first visit and he took the time to explain the menu, the types of food they have and what’s most popular. My wife had the shawarma and I had the chicken and rice bowl. Vegetarian options are available, including Beyond Meat, but it seems to depend on their stock. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, I wouldn’t recommend this place — I wouldn’t trust them to accommodate specific needs. On the plus side, there’s plenty of parking in the large plaza, and shawarma places are generally kid-friendly. Also, the restaurant is accessible for wheelchairs, with no stairs and restrooms on the same floor.

I used to visit this restaurant frequently, but today I was disappointed to find that they are serving half the portion sizes while charging the same prices. They claim it's due to inflation, but I find that unfair since inflation affects everyone, not just them. It's not right to shortchange customers like this. I love their shawarma! It's always consistent, and I know what to expect each time. I’m really impressed with the recent renovations and branding—Osmow's is becoming a fantastic franchise. However, my last sandwich was a bit salty, so I hope they address that. That’s why I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5. I’ll update my review based on my future visits. Overall, I really like Osmow's!

I ordered 2 Shawarma beef and It was the worth food I ever had. I told the guy I don?t want any spice but it was the hottest food ever.I couldn?t even eat my dinner after my first bite! It looks like the guy who prepared my food didn?t pay attention tomy order.

I've tried the food at a few different Osmow's locations, and this one is among the better ones. I ordered the Chicken Kebab Ozbox, and both the chicken and rice were tasty. The vegetables in the salad were also fresh. I would highly recommend this location.

I?ve been to 20+ locations. This one is absolutely garbage. Portion, staff, nothing is upto standard. Avoid if you can.
