Came here for the large vegan selection and so glad we did! Our pastas were great very fresh, generous serves and absolutely delicious. And heaps of dishes to choose from that are a bit more unique and exciting than the ‘typical’ vegan pasta options. We had the vegan ‘cacciatore’ and the vegan creamy ‘chicken’ pasta and couldn’t decide which was better! Very friendly service despite a busy evening and we liked that there were lots of local Tasmanian options on the drinks menu.

italian is my favorite dolphin-out experience. ottimo proved to be there with the best I experienced. the service was exceptional from the chef to the service staff. our meals, callbsprosciutto mushrooms) and salmon tortellini with limoncello were in the playoffs for the best we had anywhere in the world. really pleasant meal and evening. ottimo will definitely have to make one whenever in hobart.

during a stay to order home (I have now tested negatiw to kovid! I ordered a few times at ottimo. the delicious cuisine, friendly and faster service made me wonder why I don't live in hobart? I recommend that you go to both tourist and local, at least once.

The Italian restaurant we have been looking for, for a very long time. The food was 1st Class, the wine list has some of the best Tassie Wines around. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

So many vegan options available! Pasta and pizzas. I have tried 3 different pasta dishes and they were all so yummy! Proper Italian homemade pasta
