We 've had breakfast here half a dozen times over the past year. It 's a just okay experience and is fine if you are meeting friends for more of a social time than if you are expecting a quality food or attentive service experience. First the goodstuff: 1 Very family friendly atmosphere. Lots of families with kids and even infants can be found here on a weekendmorning. 2 Large off street parking lot in back of the restaurant. 3 Pleasant outdoor seating in summer months overlookingthe river, forests, and fields. What a gem! We moved to the area last winter and were fortunate to discover rather quickly that Ozzie's was located just down the street from our house in Hinsdale. The menu is impressive for a small-town restaurant, with frequently changing specials that draw us in week after week. It has become our go-to place whenever we have company in town, and I frequently order a quick breakfast or lunch entrée to-go as a treat while working remotely from home.The service is great and the food is even better! Don't let the weekend lines discourage you they've mastered the art of keeping it moving without making you feel rushed once you're seated! Happy to call Ozzie's our favorite local eatery!
The decor was fun and the food was tasty. I got a cordon Bleu skillet with sourdough toast and was quite happy. My girlfriend got the eponymous steak and eggs. Everything was good, but the eggs were a bit too runny to be called medium by anymeans. Still a pretty good experience and I'll be glad to go back!
the breakfast is my favourite meal at Ozzie’s, although this is also great at lunchtime. our whole family loves ozzie. we were there yesterday with our big grandchildren and the third was going to do what he called “video advertising”. I wish I knew how to share it here.

Best steak I had for awhile. We came to visit my grand daughter. The time in this cozy place was breath taking. We experience the first snow of the season and it was postcard like. Love it.
