Recently had a mid afternoon 'lunch' here twice, the chicken tenders were really good, other food we had as well (stuffed mushroom caps, Yorkies). Service was good, we sat on the covered patio and it was good. Second time had ordered chicken wings and they...were way over cooked, did mention it to server but no discount (and my friends only ate about half their order as they were dry). Otherwise good service, good food, decent value, just need to watch those wings and not burn them
For the last three years, we have taken our father to the Packing House for his birthday lunch and a beer. He has dementia, so we cherish these birthday outings as we don't know how many more we will have. The server was fantastic and even surprised him with a birthday beer, which made his day.
