Pahgre's - Réservation de table

I decided to go to Pahgre's as a lunch stop as I was wanting some pasta. I ended up having a pretty good meal. I will however say things below. The Poughkeepsie Gulch Pesto Bruschetta, was good. But it was honestly a dish trying to be too fancy. The taste was a little much as I ate it. There was a large amount of pesto on it. When I did get it delivered to my table it was starting to cool and the cheese on it stuck together. Issue being. Every single piece is under one another and stacked. So you rip all the cheese off. I feel this dish could honestly go down in the fancyness and price. It was $11 for 5 pieces of bread. The Plateau Primavera, I actually liked. But the vegetables were hard to...

Overall, this place is pretty good. However, I've had consistently bad luck with their to-go pizzas, as they tend to be undercooked in the middle. If you dine in, it’s a different experience—Precipice Peak Pizza is excellent, and their salads are really tasty too. I hope they can improve their to-go pizza game, but they definitely excel in the dine-in experience.

The service was excellent in a nicely decorated setting. However, the pizza crust was quite doughy, which could be a personal preference. Unfortunately, the quality of the ingredients was lacking. For a $30 pizza, I expected a lot more toppings. Overall, it was only slightly better than what you would find at Papa John’s.

Wonderful Italian restaurant in Montrose, we had a calzone, ravioli, and an antipasto salad... all were eaten with no leftovers in sight. This is going on my must return list!

The service is always friendly, food comes out pretty quick and has great flavor. Of the items I've tried off the menu, they have all been excellent.

Absolutely top-notc Italian food. The service is great, the atmosphere is peaceful and casual. This is easily a top favorite of mine in town.
