Paisano's Pizza Grill

Paisano’s Pizza Grill on Camp Road in James Island is one of my favorite places for pizza in the Charleston area. Their pizzas are very delicious, tasty, and flavorful and really stand out among all of the other different pizza offerings. I like to go in to the restaurant and have the fresh and hot pizza that comes right out of the oven. Paisano’s is very fast and efficient in their ordering and service process as it seems like they start making your pizza right away after you order it and before you know it it is ready. We always have a great time with the kids at this restaurant. There's a small selection of arcade games to keep them entertained while we wait for our food. Each table has its own TV, which is a nice touch. The menu offers a wide variety of options. It can get a bit crowded at times, but the experience is definitely worth it.

I ordered a little Aioli chicken and sausage pizza to go. We are not local and this style of pizza is new to us. Very impressed. Pizza and service were great. We'll be in Columbia SC tomorrow and plan to visit this place.

Paisano's is a GR8 Restaurant to Eat in, Relax.The atmosphere is casual comfortable. I LOVE the Music. Gr8 for Families! Plus there's a mini-Arcade for kids teenagers! I ALWAYS have a Pleasant time Paisano's. ENJOY it! Réservez une table maintenant

Came in at the end of the lunch hour rush. Service was great. The Calzone was good tons of meat and cheese. The only downfall was the tea was not fresh brewed. It come from the soda fountain.

Great food, great staff. The food and the staff are fantastic. I'll take it, but you can go in, pick up or pick up your own drivers. The restaurant has been for years. Keep the good work!!

This is a fantastic place to eat. They serve pizza, sandwiches, salads and calzone. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. By the way, their prices are very reasonable.

My wife and I found this place on a whim. Boy we are glad we did. The food and the staff were awsome. We honestly can't wait to go back. This is a MUST place to eat. Réservez une table maintenant

Paisanos is some of the best pizza on JI. Not quite as good as for the first couple of years they were in business. But it’s still pretty good.
