This is a nicer restaurant. Business professional dress kind of place. It was clean and all the staff was friendly. We went for a late lunch. I ordered the fajitas and was disappointed. The chicken looked and tasted like it had been made a long time ago.And it was served on a bed of onions! Only onions, no bell peppers or anything else. My tortillas were over cooked and hard. I?dgo again but would definitely order something else.
Really disappointed. I've always heard really good things about this place, the staff was super friendly and the vibe was perfect but our entrée was subpar at best. My chicken was extremely dry and cold and my wife's dish was the same. Theappetizers were the only redeeming factor. Both of them were top notch. Id definitely like to return to give it another try,maybe I just went on a bad night. The drinks were also very tasty.
The experience was decent, but the food and its flavors were disappointing. It was rather bland and just standard Mexican dishes. Considering the prices, it didn’t feel worth it. Update: I contacted them and they requested my phone number, saying they would call me, but I never received a call. I genuinely hope they improve, as I’m eager to have great restaurants in the RGV!

Had lunch on a Thursday, waited forty five minutes before I could flag a server down to take our order. Ordered fajita tacos with corn tortillas and fideo. Each taco was wrapped individually with foil paper. While the fajitas were good and tender, they were served cold. Not impressed.
Palenque Grill Edinburg consistently offers a fantastic dining experience with a clean setting and a wonderful atmosphere. Their menu features a great variety of delicious options that keep customers coming back.
Palenque Grill Edinburg is on the pricier side, but absolutely worth every penny. The food is exceptional. Although I couldn’t snap any photos because I was with colleagues, I’m definitely coming back.
This is an above average priced restaurant but well worth it. The food is amazing. Unfortunately, I was not able to take any pictures because I was with coworkers but will definitely come back again. Réservez une table maintenant
