We had a reservation at 8:30 PM and arrived at 8:25. We had to wait for about 25 minutes before being seated at 8:50. After waiting for an additional 45 minutes with no one coming to take our orders, not even for drinks, we tried to get the waiter's attention a couple of times but were told to wait 5 minutes each time. We left around 9:40 PM without eating and went in search of another place for dinner. While we understand that it was Valentine's day and there was a heavier crowd, we felt that waiting over an hour without any service was unacceptable. We will not be returning.
This was an early dinner (7pm) and it was almost empty when we got there. The service was very good with the waiter recommending items from the menu. But it was the food that made this place great. It was perfectly seasoned. We had a combination of some Thai food and some Chinese. The mild choices were not hot at all but still had great taste. The medium choices had that hot spice touch but still tasted great. There are several Thai and Chinese restaurants in this area and this one is right up there in the top tier.
I'd never been here before and the location is a bit underwhelming hit so not let that influence your decision because the food is great! Also, it's BYOB. There were a couple of large parties that the restaurant the night we went so it was a bit noisy. My friend and I enjoyed the Thai ice tea, pad Thai (not spicy at all), green curry (it's really green, just a warning), spring rolls, and fried tofu. The food was great and the service was good. I would definitely come again.
Pan Asia was quite tasty. After reading the mixed reviews I was a little skeptical but my husband loves Asian cuisine and this was to celebrate his achievements so I stuck with it. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious. The owner was beyond accommodating. We have two kids and the waiters were taking time to pay attention to them which rarely happens when you have a 4 year old and a 1 year old. We both said we would certainly return.

My family and I visited this restaurant for the first time and we had a great experience. The food was delicious, the portion sizes were generous, and the atmosphere was perfect for a family of four. The staff was friendly, although there were some minor language barriers, they were very attentive. We would definitely return to this restaurant in the future.
The food at this restaurant was mediocre. The total cost of dinner for two, including a 15% service charge, was quite high considering the average quality and portion size of the dishes. The service was decent, but there are plenty of other restaurants with better value for money, offering similar or superior food and service.

Pan Asia delicious Thai/Chinese food. The spices blend wonderfully and they prepare the food with the perfect amount of heat. The service was a bit sketchy but overall the experience was good and I will definitely return.
