Stood there for 12 minutes with 3 workers on the line. Originally 2 were helping a customer. Then when he left one of the workers went in the back while another one poured himself a cup of queso and then also went in the back. The 3rd worker just started endlessly working on online orders printed out after I was standing there. I 'm holding a screaming, hungry baby and none of them acknowledged our presence except for the bizarre interaction where my wife was able to order a quesadilla, which the 'online order ' worker pressed and then just left sit there for the remaining 7 minutes... after the line started growing behind us my wife suggested we just leave which we did. I had an early lunch break and showed up 5 minutes after opening time, which is posted on the door. The 3 staff members just stared and did not open the door. I waited in my car for a few minutes, two other customers tried. I left nearly 20 minutes after they said they open and the staff was still refusing to open the doors.
