I ordered food from them which arrived on time, no problem there. Where the problem starts is the fact that I had ordered some chicken wings with a SIDE of mambo/mumbo sauce, and a order of chicken fried rice. What I DID NOT ask them to do was to put it together and cover the whole thing in mambo sauce but they did!!! So, I had one persons order and mine in the same container, with mambo sauce, smothered all over it. The very sauce that I dislike. I will NOT order from them
We ordered three servings of four chicken wings each, accompanied by fries. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry and had an old taste, as if it had been reheated. The fries were hit or miss—some were decent, while others were hard. Overall, we were quite disappointed with the quality of the food we received.
The service was quite slow, and it was unclear why we had to wait so long. On the positive side, the food was fresh, and the staff were friendly. However, we waited in line for nearly 30 minutes, which I found frustrating because I really dislike wasting time.
First time ordering from here and worse experience ever! Took over a hour to deliver my order. Food was cold when I received it. Ordered a shrimp basket with seasoned fries. The shrimp were cold and the fries were soggy!!! Never again!! Réservez une table maintenant
???? they don’t devein the shrimp! They could literally buy it pre-done for them but once they don’t they don’t bother to prepare the shrimp correctly. If you want to eat literal poo try them out.
They could have ordered it ahead of time, but unfortunately, they didn't prepare the shrimp properly. If you're looking for an experience with poorly cooked food, then this is the place for you.
The food was tasty, but did not like the fact that my broccoli in both my beef and shrimp and broccoli was hardly steamed at all. It was hard to enjoy my meal when the broccoli was really hard.
The shrimp were overcooked and the rice was undercooked, resulting in bland and unsatisfying shrimp fried rice. I also noticed veins in the shrimp. I won't be coming back to this restaurant. Réservez une table maintenant
The customer service at this restaurant was outstanding. However, the food—particularly the five wings and fries—was overly greasy, which made the fries soggy rather than crispy.
