I just returned from this restaurant, and I have to say it was the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
1. I went through the drive-thru while seated in the back of the car, and after about 30 seconds of trying to place my order, I was told to wait. I waited, and a full minute later, a different voice came on to say that I needed to back up because they couldn't hear me. I responded that I was ready to place my order, but all I got in return was silence. After two minutes, the same person told me to back up again because they still couldn't hear me. I explained that I'd been waiting to order.
2. Finally, when we got to the window, a female employee took my payment and told us...
I ordered food here through the drive-thru on November 8th around 8:30 pm. By the time I got home and opened my plate I was disappointed in what I had received. I ordered double orange chicken with fried rice and the portions to what I got made me feellike I was scammed. (Originally I wanted mushroom chicken and orange chicken, but the workers said they were out of the mushroomchicken). I visited this restaurant around 6:30 PM and ordered the teriyaki chicken. While eating, I noticed the texture was tough and chewy, indicating it was undercooked. I checked again this morning since I didn't finish the chicken, and I can confirm that it’s definitely not cooked properly. The last thing I want is to get sick because of improperly prepared food. I usually trust this place to serve me safe meals, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. I come here three times a week and have never encountered anything like this before. I wish our Walnut, CA location of Panda Express sold those adorable Panda plushes like the one in Pasadena does. I drove by hoping to find them, but unfortunately, they no longer carry those items. Instead, I ended up buying six bags of fortune cookies to-go and also tried their tea refresher drink. I need to check the picture I took because I can’t remember which flavor I chose, but it was definitely refreshing. I finished my drink in just a few hours! I really hope they bring back those Panda plushes soon!

My son and I stop by Panda Express usually for their cream cheese wontons. This location is in a plaza with other eateries and has plenty of parking. There's seating indoor and outdoor, restrooms are in the back and are clean. Customer service has always been attentive and accommodating.
Love this place. Usually pretty fast. But someone needs to tell Ella to take a deep breath. Lady is spazzing out, got my order wrong and spent 2 minutes trying to tap a card that doesn't have tap lol for real, just relax. It's not that busy there. Ever.

One of the main dishes had to be changed because they were out of a key ingredient. Unfortunately, the replacement didn't work out well. Not everyone enjoys kale, so I ended up keeping it to myself.
