My daughter and I frequently visit this restaurant when we're out and about. However, I've noticed that both the service and food quality have declined over the past few visits. On our most recent trip, I specifically inquired about the size of an order of noodles. The server explained the sizes for large and medium, and I made it clear that a large would be too much for us—we only wanted a bowl of noodles. Despite this, they charged me for the entire meal instead of just the noodles. When I brought this up, she informed me that they couldn't issue a refund because it was my mistake, not theirs, even though I had clearly stated our order preferences. I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I placed a mobile order 30 minutes ago and when I arrived to pick it up, I found 15 people waiting for their mobile orders as well. Even though all orders displayed on the screen were marked as ready for pick-up, there were no orders available on the shelf. When I asked the cashier about it, she mentioned they were working on it, but that was 15 minutes ago and my order is still not ready. I wouldn’t recommend either mobile ordering or dining in at this location. Ever since they moved into this building, it’s been a mess!
This restaurant is consistently under-staffed, often runs out of food, and always has excuses ready. During my visit, they refused to accept cash at the drive-thru because the manager didn't want to deal with counting it. I appreciate the new location and the convenience of the drive-thru instead of going into the mall, but they really need to improve their operations.

I’ve always enjoyed Panda Express, but the service at this location is quite slow. It's not the employees' fault; it’s the Door Dashers who get prioritized and cut in line. It’s frustrating when you’re working nearby and just want to grab lunch, but it ends up taking 20-30 minutes because of all the delivery drivers.
The food is tasty, and the staff is friendly. However, the service is a bit slow, though not too terrible. I do find the prices to be on the higher side for what you receive. It’s frustrating to order ahead and still wait 20 minutes for your meal.
Staff is very friendly and attentive. Food was amazing and restaurant was very clean. Loved the dine in experience.
Shout out to the cook who had to quickly put some kung pao chicken down and still got the spicy balance perfectly.
