I visit this restaurant regularly due to its closeness to my office, but if it weren't for that, I would likely choose to eat somewhere else. The customer service leaves much to be desired; they often forget to include the soy sauce and chili sauce that I ask for. It feels like their priority is more on processing payments than on meeting customers' needs. I've been disappointed with the service several times, having to enjoy my meal without the sauces I requested.
Why does this taste so terrible? The fried rice was fresh, but it had a mushy texture that I can't quite pinpoint. The orange chicken and teriyaki chicken also had an unusual flavor. It's so unappetizing that I can't even finish my meal. This was my first visit to this location, and I won’t be returning. Perhaps if this was the only Panda Express you've ever tried, you might not realize how off it is. I’m really disappointed.
I ordered on Uber eats first and it didn't even have a small option so I thought I was getting a medium hot there and good thing I opened the bad it was a small woooow for 6.50 whatever so I ordered another small got to my office and not were only half way filled I could have put both of them together to make one cost me almost 15$ for one tiny entree
Every time my family and I come to this location they never fill the portions correctly and willingly give us old food. The customer service is also some of the worst service we’ve experienced. If zero stars were available this place deserves it. Réservez une table maintenant
Excellent service. An employee named Eva helped people install the app on the phone for 25 discount and rewards. She was extremely friendly and fast on the food line as well. Thanks for the good and fast meal.
The food served at Ever on the Plate was very cold. There was a minimal amount of rice and noodles, and the beef was quite dry. Additionally, the orange chicken was burnt.
The food is consistently well cooked, so I never have to worry about it being cold or inedible. They also serve generous portions every time.
Workers were very nice, I had to wait for orange chicken and as a way of making up for it we were given a free drink. Réservez une table maintenant
The soda was simply carbonated water with no flavoring; I had to throw it away.
