This restaurant has a troubling issue with the presence of beggars who linger nearby as you wait in line, asking for money. I had two unpleasant experiences during my visits. The first involved a woman who asked me for two dollars, then proceeded to grab leftovers from a customer and sat next to the line, continuing to ask for more. The second incident was even worse; a homeless man rummaged through the trash and sat down with a plate, falling asleep right next to me. The smell was unbearable, and I simply couldn’t eat there any longer. I called the manager to express my concerns, but he informed me that the man had a plate and therefore had the right to stay, as he was considered a customer...
Great place to eat. Its location is right next to East Los Angeles College, so really close by for students to stop by and get some food. Store has a large seating area and has 3 televisions in the back for those who feel like watching something while eating. Staff is great and helpful. Lots of choices on which sides you can want and they have the option to taste a sample if you want to know how it tastes before getting.
The food consistently maintains its amazing flavor! However, it's disappointing that the portion sizes can vary depending on who's serving you. Sometimes you might get a generous serving, while other times, you may only receive four pieces of orange chicken. Given that a meal now costs around $15, I'd expect a more consistent portion size. They really need to work on this!
The fried rice was undercooked and hard, while the chow mein was lacking in flavor. The chicken and mushrooms were different from what I remember—once tender and juicy, they were now dry and tough. Additionally, the tofu and eggplant dish was overcooked and hard. Overall, I recommend improved cooking techniques and better quality control.

I have to say, this Panda Express is disappointing. They are quite stingy with their portions—I only found three pieces of meat in my broccoli beef. The food also felt old; the rice was clumpy and crunchy, which is an odd combination. Overall, not a great experience.
As a first-time visitor to this restaurant, I must say I was impressed with the delicious food. The customer service was outstanding. A very professional and polite young lady handed us our takeout, and the meal was excellent.
The location is big and nicely remodeled. They don't give free samples anymore, I asked for the new plant based meat before adding it to my order by they said no. Overall, the food tastes pretty good
Excellent service from the entire team, especially Anna, who was kind enough to offer me something for free when I asked... (just kidding). I almost got a tray to the head! LOL.

The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere with ample seating and a friendly staff. However, they sometimes experience delays with online orders.
The service was excellent! The young lady who took our order was very friendly, and our food came out swiftly.
