Ordered delivery to my job and part of my order was missing. Called the store and was put on hold then was hung up on. Called back 6 times before someone answered. When I told them I was missing part of my order, they told me I could come in to get itand that they could not deliver it. I paid $5 service fee for delivery originally and another $5 tip on top of it, and now I?mbeing told the remaining part of my order, that they forgot to bag, must be picked up. After getting there, I had to stand inline for 15 minutes before being helped. My turkey bravo sandwich was dry, and had 1 measly piece of turkey on it. Do yourself afavor and do save your money, or spend it elsewhere.
Very bad experience at this location the staff member taking my order had a dusting broom in his hand , when I asked why he had that while working on the computer taking orders he turned around and put it on the counter where there is a cutting boardand food is handled . I left the store immediately , don?t trust that the food products are handled properly at this Panerastore location . The manager needs to do some work !
