There are better Paneras and there are worse Paneras. I think this one suffers mostly from bad location and a dated building. You can tell the inside is older than others and it really shows. Staff tends to do a good job, though I would be wary when ordering Delivery. I had my Delivery order sat on their shelf for over an hour and a half, during which I had called and asked if it had been picked up, to which I was told it had. As my order never came, I missed my lunch break for work and ended up having to ask for a refund and go to the store myself to reorder at the end of my shift. Upon getting there I heard them say the name of my delivery order. Apparently, it had been sitting there the w...
6 months ago I went to this pane and asked for bacon soft cheese and cheese on an Asiago bagel. The eggs were hard and there was no bacon. When I came back, the manager wanted to throw Speck on the sandwiches instead of making two new sandwiches. He was angry that I asked for two new sandwiches. Today I got the same order and again no bacon and the eggs were hard. My wife calls the manager (also one) and he said he'd deliver their new sandwiches, but then she's going to another manager. To avoid the temperament of the manager, I don't go back. I'd rather go to the Panera in Glen Burnie for 14 minutes.
I didn't get the order correctly and didn't know until I got home. The sandwiches were sloppy and the filling fell off from bread, which was the filling there. The bread was roasted until it was too hard to eat. Ordered cream of chicken and rice and received broccoli cheddar that no one eats in the house. I tried to call and they didn't answer. Panera used to have good sandwiches, but not anymore, and their prices are too high for the quality of food. Last time I'll eat there.
I ordered the sesame Asian salad (without chicken), and it was delicious and quite a generous portion. The dressing was light and refreshing. The Mediterranean sandwich was also good, though I would have enjoyed it more if I had kept the feta cheese. I wish I had requested extra hummus. The atmosphere was great, with everyone practicing social distancing, and the staff were wearing masks. The restaurant was spotless and consistently maintained. I will definitely be returning! Would be 5 stars, but if I deliver food there, I am met with Aditude and know that you should be the delivery products in storage, as it suspects, they play, o someone could take it.. yes and his modern as online store pickup should be.
