I was disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. The pepperoncinis in my salad and the lettuce in my sandwich were spoiled. They were also out of cherry tomatoes for the salad, but they offered sliced tomatoes for our sandwiches instead. Without informing us, they substituted cheddar for gouda in the bacon turkey bravo sandwich. To top it off, the lemonade tasted stale. The sandwiches seemed poorly assembled, and considering we were the only online order at the time, and the restaurant was empty when we picked up our food, it was clear that the staff did not pay attention to detail or care about the quality of our order.
I really like visiting this Panera Bread because it's a great place for networking. The customer service is top-notch, and the food quality is consistently good here, unlike the location near West Farms Mall. Based on my personal experiences and the dishes I've tried, I would give it a rating of 4 out of 5. The cinnamon crunch bagel is especially delightful, and I recommend trying the chipotle chicken sandwich without cheese. Their green smoothie is also quite tasty, but keep in mind that it contains dairy, so consider that before ordering.
Most of the tables were dirty and covered in crumbs, and the prices were excessively high. I paid more than $17 for a sandwich and a bowl of soup, and I was very disappointed with the quality. I don't plan on returning here anytime soon. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, but it was irritating when they asked for our names for the order and then didn't call them out when the food was ready.
Panera Bread is dangerously close to being unacceptable. My last five takeout orders have been incorrect or missing items. Today, even the simplest items from the menu were either prepared incorrectly or unavailable. The management clearly has no idea how to handle this ongoing problem that has lasted for months. I don’t understand why I keep putting myself through this experience.

This restaurant offers an excellent selection for vegans, with the Mediterranean Sandwich being a standout and especially delicious option. The ambiance is warm and modern, and the staff is very welcoming. Their menu features a diverse range of soups, sandwiches, salads, bagels, donuts, and drinks.
Although they've often made mistakes with my order in the past, I have to say that their accuracy seems to have improved. It appears that some of the staff and managers are now working more effectively together.
I have mixed feelings about this Panera location. I usually visit for someone else, but I've found the customer service to be disappointing. The woman at the register was quite rude and not very friendly.
The food I ordered was excellent: whole turkey blt with avocado and small soup. The sandwich was stuffed with the ingredients the bread was delicious. The soup was pretty darn good too!

For the past twenty years, I would have rated this restaurant five stars. Unfortunately, I was recently disappointed to find that the quality of the food has declined.
