I ordered food for a Patriots game and had it delivered using DoorDash. The delivery arrived in a reasonable time, but unfortunately, my salad was missing. After calling the restaurant, I had to go pick it up myself. I asked if I could receive a refund for the salad since I spent an extra $15 for delivery specifically to have it brought to me. They informed me that they could only refund the tip, which seemed unfair since the mistake was on their part, not DoorDash's. I declined the offer. However, I probably won’t order delivery from them again, even though the food was good.

We needed to order a large order for a family party. We weren’t sure what combination of items to order so we called and spoke with Courtney. She was super helpful and a happy to help! The food was ready and hot when we picked it up. The crew working, including Courtney who we spoke with, were very friendly and quick to help us when we walked in for pick up. Everyone at the party enjoyed the choices and we had a great customer service experience on top of it. We highly recommend Papa Gino’s in Warren.

Occasionally, I treat myself to a large cheese pizza from Papa Gino's, and it never lets me down! I've heard great things about their sandwiches as well, but I always opt for the pizza because it's just so tasty. The prices can be a little on the higher side, but I usually find it worth it. I definitely recommend giving them a try!

I tried the steak sandwich at this restaurant, and it was just as delicious as any I've had, including the ones from Sax's in East Providence. What makes it even better is that on Thursdays, if you use the code 6817, you receive a 30% discount on everything. I ended up paying only $6 for a large steak sandwich!
I had a disappointing experience with a cashier named Sage, who was very unprofessional. However, Ian provided excellent service and offered a great experience, even going above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable.
The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The food was fantastic as well. I highly recommend this place—definitely a 5 out of 5!

Best fast food pizza around! They really serve the slices hot! I enjoyed my warm pizza, and the staff was super friendly.
