The customer service at Papa John's was extremely disappointing. Normally, I don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience. The last two times we placed an order, we were promised a 30-minute delivery, yet both times our pizza took nearly an hour to arrive. Today, after waiting 50 minutes, I called to check on my order and was told the delivery driver had left the store 25 minutes earlier. We live less than 3 miles away and ordered at 3 PM when there’s usually no traffic. I requested to speak with a manager, but no one was available. I've ordered from Papa John's five times, and not once have they gotten my order right. It feels intentional now, especially since the last two times my pizza arrived uncut. I'll give Papa John's 1 star for the unintended humor. If you complain about your order here, expect to keep receiving uncut pizzas or even worse from their menu indefinitely.
Papa John's delivery service is generally dependable, but it's strange that they stop taking orders so early. If their delivery is available, why end it prematurely? It feels like they might be trying to dodge honoring discounts or promotions on their menu.
6 times ordering from Papa John?s 3rd time it never showed up. I?m fairly understanding as I work retail and know things go sideways with deliveries. Just expect better than 50% and having to feed the family popcorn after long work hours.

Papa John's is our favorite spot for pizza night, and the kids always enjoy the classic cheese pizza! Sometimes, simple is best. Their menu offers just the right options to satisfy everyone.
